This is a scent free environment. Please do not wear scented products when visiting our sites.

Booking Children’s Immunizations (Ages 2 months to 19 years):

• Use your child’s legal name and Personal Health Number (PHN).

• If your child does not have a PHN, type “none.”

• If your child received vaccines somewhere else, email their English immunization record to: northshorevaccinerecord@vch.ca before your appointment.

• For siblings or twins, book one appointment per child, back to back.

• If your child is afraid of needles or needs extra support, call 604 983 6811. We can book a longer appointment at our Parkgate location.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule.

• COVID 19 and Flu vaccines end on March 31. Please book these through Get Vaccinated BC

To avoid rescheduling:

• 2 month vaccines: Your baby must be at least 8 weeks old on the appointment date.

• 12 month vaccines: Your child must be at least 12 months old (has turned 1 year).

Sexual Health Clinic (All Ages) - Locations: WEST VANCOUVER & PARKGATE

TB (Tuberculosis Skin Test)

• TB tests ordered by a doctor or nurse practitioner are available on Tuesday afternoons. Call 604 983 6811 to book.
• You must return on Friday morning to have the test read.

Please note: We do not offer TB tests for work, school, or volunteer requirements. These tests are available at travel clinics.
