- TB screening referred by a Medical Doctor/NP is available at this location on Tuesday afternoon. * Please note that you must return on Friday morning to have your results read. * Please call 604-983-6700 (& follow the prompts) to book your appointment
- TB screening for work, school or volunteer services is not offered at our location but can be accessed through a travel clinic near you.
For CHILDREN’S IMMUNIZATIONS: 2 months - 19 yrs:
- Please book below at the location of your choice

Babies & Toddlers - Immunization
* BOOK YOUR CHILD'S APPOINTMENT UNDER THEIR NAME AND PROVIDE THEIR DATE OF BIRTH
* We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to weigh and measure your child prior to your appointment time.
* Please book one appointment slot for each child that will be attending the clinic and ensure that other children in your family are not booked in the same time slot.
* For those children requiring more time for their appointment (ex. anxiety around vaccines), please book your child for two back-to-back appointments and note the reason when booking the appointment.
