For CHILDREN’S IMMUNIZATIONS: 2 months - 19 yrs:

For COVID and/or FLU Vaccines ONLY , book at Get Vaccinated BC
Book using your child’s legal name and Personal Health Number (PHN). If no PHN, type “none”.
If your child was vaccinated elsewhere previous to this appointment, please send their immunization record (in English) to northshorevaccinerecord@vch.ca prior to the appointment date you book.
For siblings or twins, book appointments back-to-back. Book one slot per child.
If your child needs special support, call the health unit at 604-983-6811.
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Our clinics are typically fully booked and the nurse requires the entire appointment to provide service. If you arrive late we may need to reschedule your appointment.

To avoid having your appointment rescheduled:

For 2 month immunization appointments, ensure your baby is a minimum of 8 weeks of age by the time of their appointment
For 12 month immunization appointments, ensure your baby has turned one year of age by the time of their appointment

TB (TUBERCULOSIS SKIN TEST) Appointments,

TB screening referred by a Medical Doctor/NP is available at this location on Tuesday afternoon. Call 604-983-6811 to book your appointment
- Please note that you must return on Friday morning to have your results read.
TB screening for work, school or volunteer services is not offered at our location but can be accessed through a travel clinic near you.
